About Us:


We are actively seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Oncology Hematology physician to join our dedicated team near Windfall, IN. The ideal candidate is someone who places a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement. What You Can Expect:


As a valued member of our team, here's what you can anticipate:



  • Medical Oncology Board Certification: Required

  • Hematology Board Certification: Preferred

  • Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30

  • Weekday Call: One provider on call daily

  • Weekend Call: 1:4

  • Holiday Call: 1:4

  • Anticipated Outpatient Volume for New Provider: Gradually work up to 21 patients per day within two years

  • Average Inpatient Volume: 3 patients per day

  • Common Cancer Diagnoses:

    • Breast

    • Colon

    • Lung

    • Head and neck

    • Rectal

    • Prostate

    • Gynecologic cancers

    • Benign and malignant hematologic disorders




Qualifications:



  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Oncology Hematology

  • Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
