JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Minnesota license required
• Board: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (or CALS)
• Experience: Community site emergency medicine experience preferred
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide 12-hour clinical coverage in the Emergency Department
• Manage single coverage ER for all patient age groups and acuities
• See an average of 15–20 patients per shift, with potential peaks up to 25
• Collaborate with support staff, specialists, and tele-intensivists as needed
• Perform emergency procedures as clinically required
• Maintain compliance with credentialing, privileging, and hospital policies
