• Role distribution: FTE Clinical Supervision of Residents in outpatient Family Medicine, FTE Independent Practice (without Residents), and FTE Dedicated Administrative Time.

• Encourage residents in scholarly activities, including publications and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications:
