    DETAILS:
    - Develop a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physician examination, appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization when necessary
    - Role will require supervision of some mid-level providers
    - Full-time role with weekday hours only
    - Minimal call schedule of once a quarter
    - Location includes a pediatrician, several FNPs, and plenty of support staff
