  • Additional Info: As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Family Practice Physician works to achieve the organizational goals through the delivery of primary medical and educational care in a patient-centered environment.
    Responsibilities:
    - Provides oversight of clinical support staff and handles operational issues on the clinical floor to ensure continuity of services and a smooth patient flow.
    - Perform medical examination and evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, minor surgical procedures, follow-up consultation, and health education
    - Work and live in San Jose, CA, the second-happiest city in the US! We have the longest life expectancy of major metro areas.
    Qualifications:
    - CA license
    - BE or BC in Family Practice (If BE must become BC within 2 years of employment)
    - One year of directly related experience
    - Current DEA Registration
    - Current Basic Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
    - Spanish Bilingual preferred
