Currently 4 providers (2 physicians and 2 APPs). Outpatient clinic ( day schedule with half days Friday), no weekends. Support patients with preventative and chronic care, primarily an underserved population. Supervise APPs in clinic. Call 1:7, phone consults only. Clinical Works EMR.

Requirements:
BE / BC Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
GA Licensed, or eligible
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency desirable
