    What You'll Do
    - Provide comprehensive primary care to an established panel of patients
    - Deliver preventive, chronic, and acute care with a focus on continuity
    - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in eClinicalWorks
    - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve the best patient outcomes
    Preferred Qualifications
    - BC/BE and NYS License
    - Updated BLS and infection control certificate
    - DEA certificate
    - Proficiency in Spanish or a Southeast Asian language is preferred.
