    DETAILS:
    - provides strategic and operational leadership for the Primary Care programs while maintaining an active patient panel
    - Directly supervise Pediatric and Family Medicine providers
    - Oversee Addiction Medicine Medical Director and support program development
    - Collaborate with executive leadership on special projects and organizational initiatives
    - Full-time role with weekday hours only
    - Minimal call schedule of once a quarter
    - 5+ years of primary care experience REQUIRED
    - EMR - eClinicalworks
