  • Compensation: Salary ranges from $276,200 to $331,500, depending on experience

  • Additional Info: Sunset Health is currently recruiting family physicians to join its core faculty. Responsibilities of the role include the following:
    * Provides comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, procedures, patient education, and EHR documentation.
    * Supervises and precepts residents in the clinic while modeling evidence-based care for underserved/SDOH patient populations.
    * Participates in curriculum development, didactics, Grand Rounds, CME, resident advising, mentorship, and competency evaluations per ACGME/ABFM standards.
    * Collaborates with faculty and partner institutions to support clinical, educational, quality improvement, and community engagement initiatives.
    * Dedicates minimum 40% effort to residency responsibilities, including precepting, faculty development, accreditation support, committees, scholarly activity, and resident oversight.
