Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD):
-EGD diagnostic
-EGD w/biopsy(ies)
-EGD w/removal of tumor/polyp/lesion by snare technique

-EDG esophageal dilation

-Flexible sigmoidoscopy with biopsy/snare/ablation/control of bleeding

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
• Board Certified /Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• DEA Certificate
• NPI
