  • Compensation: $292,000 - $341,500

  • Additional Info: Provide primary care for senior patients in a value-based care model while leading a team of clinicians to lead quality, outcomes, and patient experience.
    Balance patient care with leadership responsibilities, supporting clinicians, improving performance, and advancing a patient-centered model of care.
    - Spend 50-80% of your time providing direct patient care
    Qualifications:
    - BC in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
    - 8+ years of clinical experience
    - 2+ years of leadership or project leadership experience
