    - Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000
    - Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

    - Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
    Qualifications:
    - 1 year of experience required
    - FM, IM or Geriatric trained
    - Experience working with senior populations or in Value-Based Care ;/li>
