  • Additional Info: Provides patient-centered care as a float Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) across clinic locations, delivering comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services. Performs physical exams, orders/interprets labs, prescribes medications, and develops treatment plans while educating patients and coordinating referrals. Collaborates with physicians and care teams, supports quality improvement initiatives, and ensures timely documentation, compliance, and continuity of care. May assist with supervision of support staff and participate in audits and peer review. Requires NP or PA licensure in CA, DEA registration, BLS certification, and 1+ year of experience; FQHC and diverse population experience preferred.
