  • Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience.
    1-2 yrs: $150,000
    3-6 yrs: $158,685
    7-17 yrs: $167,365
    18-24 yrs: $176,051
    25+ yrs: $185,786

    Qualifications:
    - At least one year of experience in either primary or urgent care
    Base salary, plus supplemental pay for providers who agree to work at our South County outlying clinics:
    - Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield: +15% of base salary
    - King City: +20% of base salary
