  • Additional Info: Westmed, a Summit Health Company, is seeking an APN for our Hematology/Oncology department. The Nurse Practitioner will provide infusion therapy care and treatment to patients and provide oversight of the Infusion Center. Services provided by the NP will include orders, adverse reaction management, virtual and office visits for education and follow up, collaboration with referring providers, and an independent panel of patients.
    Education/Certifications/Licenses:
    - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a certification in adult or family health
    - Current license for New York
    - Must have a current certification with ONCC or obtain one within 6 months of hire. Accepted ONCC certifications include OCN, AOCNP, AOCNS, and CBCN.
    - Must maintain their required CE credits as governed by the ANCC
    - Maintain a current certification in Basic Life Support
