  • Call Schedule: Shared call, approximately 1:5 with goal of 1:6 as group expands
  • Loan Repayment

  • Compensation: $350,000 - $375,000 starting base salary
    + $100,000 sign-on bonus
    + $100,000 retention bonus (year 2)
