We are actively seeking a qualified Orthopaedic Surgery Physician for a locum tenens role located near Asheville, NC. This position is available ASAP and will continue on an ongoing basis to cover a long-term vacancy. Shift Details:

- Bed Capacity: 29 beds in the department
- Rounding: Assigned patients
Schedule:
- Immediate Coverage Dates: November 22, 23, 24, and November 28, 29, 30
- Coverage Type: Call only, with availability for rotating weekends as needed.
- Holidays Covered: Includes major holidays such as 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, and Labor Day.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Fellowship training is preferred.
- State License: An active North Carolina medical license is required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- Background Check: A clean background is essential for quick credentialing, with no history of malpractice.
- Temporary Privileges: Available if needed.
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Not required for this role.
