We are currently seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician for a locum tenens opportunity near Flagstaff, AZ.   • 5-day blocks, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
  
  
  • 1 week of coverage per month
  
  
  
  


• Patient Load:
  
  
  
  • Average of 1-3 cases per day
  
  
  • 2 surgical cases per day
  
  
  • 6 new consults daily
  
  
  • Minimal night coverage needs, especially after 10 PM
  
  
  
  


• Practice Setting:
  
  
  
  • Hospital-based
  
  
  • Level 4 Trauma
  
  
  • Full APP support during the day
  
  
  • Call-in APP support at night for first assist
  
  
  
  


• Procedures:
  
  
  
  • B&B cases
  
  
  • Experience with pelvic and acetabular fractures preferred but not required
  
  
  • Pediatric cases preferred but not required
  
  
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery


• State Licenses: Arizona (IMLC accepted, willing to license)

• EMR System: Cerner experience preferred
