    - $260,000 to $280,000 based on experience

  • Additional Info: This Pediatric provider will evaluate, treat, and provide medical management of pediatric/adolescent patients in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and pediatric care team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, staff consultation, training/mentoring of students and midlevel providers, coordination of assigned patient panels, quality assurance activities, participation in HEDIS/population health, and applying the AIDET communication model to improve outcomes and patient experience.
    Requirements:
    - Current/unrestricted CA Physician & Surgeon License
    - Current/unrestricted DEA Certificate
    - Current BLS/CPR (AHA/ARC)
    - Current/unrestricted NPI enrollment
    - Ability to travel site-to-site
    - Experience with diverse populations
    - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
    - Board Certified preferred
