  • Call Schedule: Call is shared regionally and very limited. Outpatient only. About 4-6 weeks per year
  • Compensation: Compensation is highly competitive, offering $175k-$250k, depending on experience.
    - Bonus available, up to 20% of annual compensation

    -Each site has a team-based model with MDs, NPs, RNs, and MAs supporting each provider.

    YOUR VOICE MATTERS: As a newly-founded health group, physicians are coming in to help shape and offer consultation, with lots of opportunity for growth.
    LIMITED CALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work-life balance is pivotal. Call is first triaged by pediatric RNs, then shared regionally amongst providers. On average, calls may occur 4-6 weeks throughout the year, and are outpatient, phone call only.
    Accepting tenured and new graduate physicians. Must be licensed in FL.
