    DETAILS:
    - Facilitate needed referrals, including social services for patients requiring services not offered
    - Advise and assist ARNPs as needed in accordance with approved protocols and procedures.
    -No weekends + 4 admin hours weekly
    -Phone calls rarely ever occur
    -30-minute appointments for new patients, 15-minute appointments for follow-ups
    -All providers have 2 nurse providers for support (CMA or LPN)
    -Athena EMR
    - Experience in an outpatient setting REQUIRED
    - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) REQUIRED
