Requirements:
BE/BC Urology
PA medical state license, or eligible
Compensation/Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary to $685K
$100K sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
$75K educational assistance, provided over a five-year term
$15K Relocation Assistance
CME $ + 40 hours annually
Generous PTO (25 days + 10 sick days) = 35 days annually
